Additional persons 16 and over $10.00 per night. Additional children under 16 $5.00 per night.
A Deposit of 50% is required to confirm reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation your deposit will be refunded if your entire reservation is rerented or if notice of cancellation is recieved;

10 days prior for room rentals of three nights or less

30 days prior for apartment rentals

Sorry, refunds can not be given due to inclement weather

Group rentals of 2 or more rooms or rentals of 4 or more nights will be refunded only if reservation is rerented.
It is always our preference to rerent our rooms rather than to charge you for a room you can not use. So please give us as much notice as possible if your plans change after you have made a reservation.
